Pihla Knaapila

Pihla manages Dottir's HR matters. She joined the firm in 2016 as a legal tainee and worked as an associate lawyer specializing in commercial contracts, data protection and entertainment law until 2022. Pihla has played a pivotal role in establishing and developing Dottir's HR function. She also has a central role in Dottir's employer branding matters.

Pihla holds an LLM degree from the University of Turku.
