Kemijoki Oy
Dottir acts as general legal advisor for Kemijoki, the most important producer of hydropower and regulating power in Finland. Kemijoki owns 20 hydropower plants in Finland. The Finnish State owns majority of the shares of Kemijoki.
Dottir was chosen as Kemijoki’s legal partner in 2018. The co-operation covers a wide range of legal services, including, e.g., contractual and corporate governance matters. Recent matters include assistance in the project of modernizing the technology of certain hydropower plants as well as updating their support and maintenance contracts.
