Evolver Equity

Dottir advised Evolver Equity in acquiring a controlling interest in Repolar Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a Finnish company specializing in resin-based treatment products. The partnership aims to accelerate Repolar’s internationalization and growth. Repolar was the first investment of Evolver Fund II.

Dottir advised Evolver Equity on all legal matters related to the transaction, including debt financing. Evolver is a Finnish private equity investor and alternative investment fund manager specializing in Nordic small-cap buyouts.

Evolver Equity

Dottir advised Evolver Equity Ltd in the acquisition of Rajupaja Oy, a top three event equipment rental and value-added services company in the Finnish market. With the backing of Evolver, Rajupaja will continue its quest to become a nationwide leader in the industry in Finland. Rajupaja was Evolver Fund I’s sixth and last investment.
