Jonathan Westerlund

Jonathan advises clients primarily on matters relating to banking and finance. He has experience in advising financial institutions and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border financing arrangements, with a particular focus on bank lending and project financing. In addition, Jonathan advises clients in a variety of contract and corporate law matters, including private and public M&A transactions.
