Johanna Rantanen

Johanna heads Dottir's Tech & IP practice and is the Chair of the Board at Dottir. Johanna is also one of the founders of the firm.

She has over 10 years of experience in assisting technology and media companies as well as venture capital investors in various private M&A and equity financing transactions.

Johanna has a rare combination of expertise in both transactional and technology matters and is a trusted advisor for multiple technology and IP-intensive businesses and investors in both transactional and TMT substance work.
