Gunnar Westerlund

As a Senior Counsel in Dottir’s Banking and Finance team, Gunnar is making his vast transactional experience available to help clients navigate ​complex finance transactions, ranging from bank lending to project finance, asset finance and financial restructuring.

Gunnar’s has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney and has during the period 2007-2019 consistently been ranked by Chambers & Partners as a leading tier 1 practitioner within banking and finance and was repeatedly singled out by Chambers & Partners as Finland’s only star individual and by Legal Media Group’s Expert Guide as the Best of the Best in Finland. He was also for many years ranked as a leading tier 2 practitioner within restructuring and insolvency.
