YIT
Dottir advised YIT in their IT outsourcing, resulting in a strategic partnership with Tech Mahindra in which a significant part of YIT’s IT services will be harmonized and consolidated to one dedicated supplier. This high-profile outsourcing case included a full procurement, RFP and negotiation process. The partnership will support YIT's objectives to strengthen digitalisation and data management and improve the company's competitiveness.

The Insurance Centre
Dottir advised the Insurance Centre in the procurement of their new IT-system which handles statistics, research, and reporting of the Finnish Motor Insurers' Centre, the Finnish Patient Insurance Centre, and the Finnish Workers' Compensation Centre. Dottir provided assistance to the Insurance Centre throughout the entire procurement project, from the RFP-phase to the final negotiations with the chosen supplier.
The Finnish Insurance Centre is the central body of non-life insurance companies in Finland.

Dottir supported Are Oy in the procurement of its new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from Unit4.

Dottir advises Elenia in its IT and technology procurements as well as in privacy and data protection related matters.

Kemijoki Oy
Dottir advised Kemijoki Oy in outsourcing the technical maintenance and operations of their hydropower plants at the Kemijoki and Lieksankoski watercourse area to Caverion Industria Oy.
Kemijoki is the most significant producer of hydropower and regulating power in Finland. The objective of the partnership between Kemijoki and Caverion is to continue ensuring sustainable and innovative hydropower production in Northern Finland.
