Anni Murto-Koivisto

Anni is a dispute resolution specialist with a particular focus on corporate law and post-M&A disputes, including complex squeeze-out proceedings and board liability disputes. She also regularly provides advice to clients on general corporate and business law matters, such as corporate governance and the drafting of commercial agreements. Thanks to her diverse background, Anni has a balanced approach to conflict situations, combining business needs with the goal of preventing conflicts.​

Anni has a great interest in alternative dispute resolution, especially mediation. Her experience as a mediator in both commercial disputes and other civil and criminal matters complements her experience in representing clients in court. She is also a member of the mediation committee of the Finnish Bar Association, where she contributes to the advancement of mediation practices within the legal community.
