Aino Kimppa

As a Workplace Manager, Aino oversees the efficient functionality of Dottir's office environment, ensuring that all necessary tools, systems, and facilities are in place to support the team's productivity. She evaluates and implements various internal processes to optimize operational workflows and to maintain a well-organized office. Aino works closely with the junior legal trainee team, which she manages and guides in supporting daily office operations.

Aino joined Dottir in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
